Patty McCartan Prue, Trustee:

Patty McCartan Prue is an Executive Coach and Management Consultant. Prior to forming McCartan Consulting, Patty was an accomplished Senior Vice President of a 36B global company, with extensive global expertise in human resources, executive coaching, women and diversity initiatives, talent management, global benefit strategy and management, organizational change strategies and mergers and acquisitions. Her collaborative approach and performance driven leadership has led to successful change management in a variety of multi-national businesses. Patty’s overall industry experience includes healthcare, pharmaceutical, electronics, engineering and financial services. Her professional certifications include Executive Coaching-Behavioral Coaching Institute, Leadership Versatility Index 360, Emotional Intelligence (MSCEIT-Testing) and is a graduate of Stonehill College, North Easton, MA-honors graduate. Patty is an active volunteer having served as a Trustee of Exeter Health Resources for 8 years and continues to serve on not-for profit organizations’ boards, college committees and is a Global Volunteer Trainer. Patty has traveled to Ghana twice to volunteer teaching English. Patty resides in Exeter with her family.
