Sheila T. Francoeur, Clerk, Trustee:
Sheila Francoeur served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 1997 to 2006. Positions held include: Speaker Pro Tem, House Majority Whip and Chairman of the Commerce Committee. Sheila served on the Rules Committee, the Legislation Administration Committee and was Chairman of The Rockingham County Delegation. She worked on a variety of legislation, but focused on the areas of insurance, banking and securities. Ms. Francoeur served as Vice President at Hampton Co-operative Bank and earned a B.A. from Florida State University.
